- Clean mirrors and glass surfaces
- Clean floors (vacuum, sweep, mop)
- Clean Ceiling fans
- Clean inside windows ( stepping up to 2 steps on a ladder)

- Dust lamps and lamp shades
- Dust furniture within reach (top, front & underneath)
- Dust picture frames
- Dust window sills and ledges
- Remove cobwebs
- Wipe doors & light switches
- Wipe baseboards
- Interior trash/recycled cans removal to your outside cans and replace liner
Kitchen
- Clean major appliance exteriors (interior upon request - No freezer)
- Clean microwave – interior & exterior

Badroom

(Usually require 3-5h or more to complete with 2 people)

- Clean interior oven
- Detail clean blinds
- Kitchen exhaust fan filter
- Cleaning supplies included: Vacuum and products
- Eco-Friendly Products upon request on your book time
3 - Move in/out service
(Usually require 2-5h or more to complete with 2 people)
- Entire Regular Cleaning service above and
- Clean interior cabinets
- Clean interior refrigerator and freezer
- Clean interior oven
- Detail clean blinds
- Kitchen exhaust fan filter
- Cleaning supplies included: Vacuum and products
- Eco-Friendly Products upon request on your book time
** We have 2 hours of service in our online book for our first contact.
Take note:
* Our performance is based on hours worked for all services. We also have the option of offering a flat rate only after the second service at the same location to be cleaned.
* If you can't be on site leave the cash/check paid for Eagles Cleaning into your home/apt and the key we can pick it up with concierge or on hidden place chosen by you.

Estimate time
- Up to 2h will often take around 1 kitchen, 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom apartments/home with 2 people with detail
- 2-3h will often take around 1 kitchen , 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom with 2 people with detail
- Deep clean usually require 3-5h or more to complete with 2 people with detail
- Small to midsized homes usually require 1h or more with 2 people with detail
